Every April our yearly conference is hosted by an agency/agencies throughout the State of West Virginia. During the conference we offer in-service training along with certification for patrol, narcotics/explosive detection, tracking, and trailing. Your certification is good for ONE year, running April through March of that year. The yearly fee is $200 per K-9 team.
